The fine print, without the fine print. Everything below is how I keep orders moving and customers happy.
Due to the nature of my products, I am unable to accept returns.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me so we can figure out a solution together.
Orders are shipped in the order they were placed, and are processed as quickly as I can. Currently shipping is under one (1) week, but can take as long as two (2) weeks.
If you have placed an order and have no shipping confirmation, that order has not shipped yet.
All orders will ship to the address that PayPal gives me — if you enter a different address in the cart, I will still default back to the PayPal shipping address.
Please make sure your shipping info is correct in the PayPal system. I will not refund or replace orders shipped to the wrong PayPal shipping address.
Due to a change in USPS policies, we are unable to ship to international locations at this time.
All parts to be painted with any Scalefinishes color coat must be primed before painting.
In early 2022 Tamiya primers changed formulas, and they do not work with Scalefinishes colors anymore. We do not recommend Tamiya primers for use with our paints.
SUPERprimer is the only primer we recommend or guarantee to work with our products.
