-SHIPPING.
Orders are shipped in the order they were placed, and are processed as quickly as I can. Currently shipping is under one (1) week, but can take as long as two (2) weeks.
If you have placed an order and have no shipping confirmation, that order has not shipped yet.
-SHIPPING ADDRESS.
All orders will ship to the address that PayPal gives me, if you enter a different address in the cart, I will still default back to the PayPal shipping address.
PLEASE make sure your shipping info is correct in the PayPal System.
I will not refund or replace orders shipped to the wrong PayPal shipping address.
-INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
If you live outside the US, please feel free to send in an order. After receiving the order I will be contacting you for the extra charge it costs me to ship internationally.
I know the second postage charge is weird, but it saves the customer a lot of money over just posting a flat add on charge for International shipping.
-PRIMER.
All parts to be painted with any scalefinishes color coat must be primed before painting.
In Early 2022 Tamiya primers changed formulas, and they do not work with Scalefinishes colors anymore. We do not recomend Tamiya primers for use with out paints.
SUPERprimer is the ONLY primer we recommend or guarantee to work with our products.
